Lovely family based in Orpington are seeking a caring and enthusiastic part-time nanny to provide support for their two children: a creative 7-year-old boy and a delightful 5-year-old girl.
About the Children:
Boy is imaginative, loves animals, and thrives with autonomy. He is currently undergoing an ADHD assessment, so a patient, understanding approach is essential.
Girl adores all things pink, princesses, and Barbies. She is a bit shy but blossoms with encouragement and loves to lend a helping hand.
Both children enjoy playing together and have a strong sibling bond.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the morning routine and school drop-offs from 7/7:30 am to 9 am on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Preferably available for school pick-ups and afternoon care from 3:20 pm to 5:30 pm on Monday and/or Wednesday but this is not essential.
Engage the children in fun, creative activities and take them to activities.
Provide snacks and ensure a nurturing environment.
A cat is part of their household, so comfort with pets is necessary.
Requirements:
Must be a driver; a car is available if needed.
Ability to offer a non-authoritative, supportive approach.
Benefits:
£16-£18 per hour gross.
28 days of holiday pro rata.
Opportunity for additional hours during school holidays, particularly in the summer.
