A busy, loving family in Sittingbourne are looking for a compassionate, patient full‑time nanny to support their three children (5, 3 and 1). With both parents working from home at times and life feeling hectic, they’re hoping to find someone calm, engaging and confident managing busy days with young children.
From September, the two eldest will be at school, so the role will gradually focus more on the youngest during school hours.
About the Children
G5: Creative, imaginative, loves arts and crafts, baking, dressing up and outdoor play. Has ASD (PDA profile) and ADHD, so experience with neurodiversity is preferred.
B3: Energetic, outdoorsy and always on the move. Enjoys cars, trains, building, bikes, scooters, climbing and messy play. Suspected ADHD.
B1: Curious, sociable and eager to join in with everything the older children do. Loves pretend play, his toy kitchen and being outside.
The Role
- Engaging the children in fun, active and imaginative play
- Preparing breakfast and lunch
- Supporting a balance of structure and flexibility
- Light household tasks (tidying, kitchen reset, children’s areas)
- School runs and pick‑ups as the role evolves
- Working collaboratively with Mum
- Adapting to the children’s needs day‑to‑day
The role is very child‑focused, with an emphasis on keeping the children entertained, stimulated and supported while parents’ work.
