DUTIES
Lovely opportunity for an experienced live-in nanny to join a warm and welcoming family in Beaconsfield, caring for their bright and curious 18-month-old little boy.
The family are looking for someone warm, caring and proactive who enjoys spending their days with a toddler and helping them learn and explore the world around them.
The role will involve planning age-appropriate activities, trips out and classes, as well as preparing healthy meals, managing naps and routines and generally keeping the little one’s day happy and well organised.
You will have sole charge whilst Mum is at work and should therefore feel confident managing the day independently.
There will also be some light housekeeping relating to the child, including keeping their play areas and belongings tidy and taking care of their laundry.
The family occasionally travel and would love someone who is happy to join them on trips from time to time, with plenty of notice given. They are looking for someone who enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle and shares their interest in healthy, organic food.
Previous professional nanny experience and experience with toddlers is important, along with a warm and patient approach.
A full UK driving licence is essential and ideally you will have your own car, although the family can provide access to a car when required.
ACCOMMODATION
Private bedroom and bathroom within the family’s guest house.
All living costs covered, including utilities and food
SALARY
£13 gross per hour
Mileage reimbursed at the statutory HMRC rate for child-related travel.
