All of us at MTW, and there are 12 branches all over the UK, are Mother’s / Grandmother’s, all very experienced within the Childcare industry, currently working in the childcare profession or have done so over the last 10-35 years as our chosen career.
All of our Nannies and Domestic Staff are personally interviewed by us at one of the 12 MTW branches. We welcome CV’s and each candidate is DBS enhanced checked. We are able to carry out new enhanced DBS checks as well here at the agency. (Ask us for more info) References are followed up and we like to supply feedback from these to our client families. I personally have links with several other businesses within the childcare profession locally and I am able to supply my Nannies with information including Paediatric 1st aid courses. It is important to keep all Child Carer’s, Nannies and suitable candidates up to date as they are caring for young babies and children every day.
