Schedule 1: Fee Structure

Fees below are payable to the Agency only when an Applicant is engaged by the Client. Fees quoted do not include any wages or payments due to the Applicant for work carried out. Fees are not subject to any VAT.

We offer a 10% discount for repeat clients who have employed an Applicant on a permanent basis.

Permanent Staff:

 Expected / Contracted Hours. This is a one off, agency fee per placement. 

• Up to 10 hours per week_________________________ £   595

• 31 +Hours per week______________________________ £1,195

Temporary Staff (placements of less than 6 months): 

• £25 per day (includes trials of less than one week, refundable against permanent fees on placement)
• £115 per week (Monday-Friday)
• Babysitter £15 per person per night or an annual fee of £150
• Wedding/event nanny/staff £50 per person.
• Summer Holiday nanny up to 6 weeks £595
• Summer Holiday nanny up to 8 weeks £695

Refunds and Credits: 

Refunds are subject to the following circumstances: 

1. the Applicant leaves a position of their own choice within 6 weeks of employment, and a replacement Applicant cannot be found OR
2. the Client terminates the Applicant’s contract within 4 weeks of employment and a replacement Applicant cannot be found AND
3. the Client has paid the full invoice within the payment due date AND
4. the Client has informed the Agency within 48 hours of the Applicant leaving.  

• Up to 2 weeks of employment – 75% refund
• Up to 3 weeks of employment – 60% refund
• Up to 4 weeks of employment – 45% refund
• Up to 5 weeks of employment – 30% refund
• Up to 6 weeks of employment – 15% refund
