Permanent Nanny Housekeeper based in Fareham R3151
A lovely returning client is looking for a part time Nanny Housekeeper for their two children aged 10 and 8 years old. There is some flexibility with hours, but the core hours would be before and after school care for 3 days a week (minimum 2 days can be offered or a maximum of 4 days with some flexibility required). The afternoon shifts can be offered if the nanny would be happy to work them and this will work out at the 20 hours per week, if it is only mornings then the weekly hours on offer will be less (please see hours listed below). The family are looking for approximately 15 hours to 20 hours per week ideally with both morning and afternoon shifts covered.

They would also be happy to consider someone with other childcare experience other than nannying roles.
Both parents work in the medical profession so need a candidate who is reliable.
Duties
Nanny duties – including all children’s laundry, bedding and school drop offs.
If you are working any afternoon shifts then helping with homework, activities, after school clubs, cooking meals and school pickups.
Housekeeping duties – Cooking, washing, ironing and all forms of housework – this aspect is if the candidate requires the additional hours.
Days and Hours
Before school care for at least 3 days a week, can offer up to 4 mornings. 6.30/45am – 8.15/30am
Afterschool care hours would be 4/4.30pm to 7/8pm
Some additional hours can be offered if the candidate is happy to do the housekeeping duties and school pick ups/afternoon shifts. Approximately 15-20 hours per week can be offered in total.

The family can offer a few different options on hours and would be happy to discuss these with any interested candidates.
Salary and Holiday
£15 – £16 gross per hour – negotiable for the right candidate
Start Date
ASAP – the family would be happy to consider a temp until they secure a Permanent Nanny.
Additional Information
A Mother’s Help/Junior Nanny, or a candidate with experience in a school (TA or teacher) or with nursery experience would be considered for this role.
Must be pet friendly
Car driver needed – candidate will need to use their own car. Petrol allowance is 0.45p per mile.
This is a long-term permanent position.
