DUTIES
Caring for B7 (nearly 8) He is PDA Autistic and hasn’t been able to access education for over 2 years.
He’s an avid gamer and needs someone who’s able to game with him and just have fun!
You will need to have patience and be able to work at his pace without trying to encourage any unwanted activities. A child led approach is advised in order to build trust and create a fun environment for all.
Once you have established a relationship you will be able to go out and about.
It is very important that you are open to learning about PDA autism as well as growing and learning with the family.
