Qualified Nanny required for a lovely returning client, for a 14 month contract, to cover their current MTW nanny’s maternity cover. Looking after two little boys.
DAYS & HOURS
8am-6pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
These days are non-negotiable.
Occasional evening babysitting (no more than once a month, dates to be discussed and agreed in advance).
They would also like the possibility of taking the nanny on holiday with them.
DUTIES
The eldest will turn four in August. To begin with the nanny will have him on Mondays and Thursdays. From September onwards, he will be at school, so will have him before and after school and during school holidays.
The youngest is one (he will turn two in October) and the nanny will have him on all three days.
Neither child has special needs.
The duties include caring for the children, feeding them lunch and snacks, doing other housework tasks directly related to the children (i.e. laundry, tidying their playroom/bedrooms, some food prep etc). You will need to ensure that the children are entertained and well-socialised (i.e. attending playgroups etc).
Sole charge.
Must be a driver with own car and car seats can be provided. Off street parking available.
EXTRA INFORMATION
They have no pets.
The parents both work from home most days, but would be in their home offices and the nanny would have absolute authority over the children even when they are home.
This role is a maternity cover, and there would be handover dates with their current MTW nanny at both the start and end of the contract.
START DATE
1st July for 14 months.
SALARY
£20GPH
Holidays (including public holidays):
28 days holiday pro rata, including public holidays (half to be allocated at the discretion of the nanny, half at the employers discretion, with as much notice given as possible.)
