Temporary Nanny required in Hove, East Sussex. R9232
A lovely family are looking for a temporary Nanny to cover their current nanny’s annual leave for two weeks. Daily, sole charge role caring for a boy aged 15 months old.
Duties
Cooking for the child
Entertaining and taking him to activities
Prepping food and feeding the little boy
Bath time routine.
Hours and Days
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 6pm
Can offer a Wednesday for the same hours – this will be dropping off and collecting the little boy from nursery, dog walking, batch cooking and nursery duties.
Start Date
Monday 29th September 2025 for two weeks.
The w/c 15th there will be a full day to work with the current nanny so you can see where the nursery is and understand the child’s full daily routine.
Salary
£18 – £20 per hour gross – negotiable for the right candidate

Sole Charge
Pet friendly as there is a family dog in the home
Driver required – own car (mileage paid at 0.45p per mile)

As with all Mums the Word placements our candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience working with children, an Enhanced DBS, paediatric first aid certificates and at least 2 contactable references.
