All of our Nannies and Domestic Staff are personally interviewed by us, each candidate is DBS enhanced checked, have at least 2 years professional experience in childcare and hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate. We are able to carry out new enhanced DBS checks here at the agency (please feel free to ask us for more information). References are followed up and we supply feedback on them to our client families. We can offer advice on where paediatric first aid courses are being held or purchasing nanny insurance (for the candidate) and we can offer a discount with a leading payroll company for the employer to register with. It is important to keep all child carers, Nannies and suitable candidates up to date as they are caring for young babies and children.
